Intervention1: Kapalabhati: Participants will be asked to sit in sukhasana comfortably and practice body stillness. Hands will be placed in chin mudra on corresponding knees with erect spinal position

Inclusion criteria: Individuals willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Individuals with co-morbidities like respiratory illness, hypertension, metabolic disorders, etc., 2)Individuals who are practicing any other yoga practices during the period of study 3)Individuals undergoing any treatment/therapies/medications for any physical morbidities 4)Females during menstrual cycle, pregnancy and lactation
