Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Individual between age group of 3 to 10 years of both sexes. 2. Patients having classical features of Tamak Shwasa as described in textbooks.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Child below 03 year & above 10 years of age will be excluded from present study. 2. Patients suffering from chronic respiratory disorders like pulmonary tuberculosis, chronic lung disease, pulmonary edema, bronchogenic carcinoma will be excluded from present study. 3. Patient suffering from cardiac disease, GIT disease, genitourinary disease, metabolic disorders like diabetes mellitus and behavioral disorders etc. will be excluded from study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Drakshadhya Avleha will be more effective as compared to Vasa Avleha in the management of Tamak Shwasa (Bronchial Asthma) in the children.Timepoint: 45 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the etiological factors which are responsible for Tamak Shwasa (Bronchial Asthma) in the children and its path-physiology. To develop diet chart for prevention Tamak Shwasa (Bronchial Asthma) in children. To collect literature available on Tamak Shwasa (Bronchial Asthma) in children.Timepoint: 45 days
