Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Non smokers 2. Absence of systemic diseases that will affect bone metabolism and wound healing 3. Missing teeth in the maxillary premolars which is required to be restored with implants 4. Keratinized mucosa of minimal thickness of 2mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe acute or chronic periodontitis 2. History of radiotherapy and chemotherapy 3. History of Diabetes and bleeding disorders 4. Clinical or radiographic peri apical pathology 5. Physiological or psychiatric problem 6. Drug abuse
