Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female participants. 2. Age 50-70 years. 3. Participants having knee osteoarthritis diagnosed by an orthopedic specialist. 4. Participants having grades 2 and 3 according to Kellgren-Lawrence classification. 5. OA knee participants with Unilateral side involvement. 6. Pain intensity greater than or equal to 3 on the Numerical pain rating scale. 7. Participants with knee OA for over or equal to 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants with autoimmune disorders (like Rheumatoid arthritis) other than knee OA. 2. Participants having had previous knee or hip surgery. 3. Participants had a history of oral hormone therapy in the past four weeks or a history of intraarticular hormone injections in the past three months. 4. Participants having any neurological problems. 5. Being on a waiting list for knee replacement. 6. Glucocorticoid or opioid medication in the last 3 months.
