Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children aged 1 to 5 years presenting with acute exacerbation of wheeze.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Life threatening exacerbations of wheeze. Patients who had received any corticosteroid therapy in the last 24 hours. Cardiovascular disorders Primary and secondary immunodeficiency Chronic illness Children presenting with mild exacerbation of wheeze (PRAM score 0 - 4 )
