Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: candidates of either gender, from age group of 6th to 8th standard

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participants suffering from developmental disorders 2. Participants will be excluded if they have no anxiety or high anxiety levels after assessment through the academic anxiety scale 3. Participants suffering from psychiatric illness and on medication
