Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with BMI above 23, patients who are willing to participate in this study and who are willing to sign the informed consent from.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who face difficulties or hesitate to practice yoga are excluded, Hypertension, pregnancy and lactation, Diabetes mellitus,drug addiction, coronary heart disease, vascular disease .
