Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. An age of 18 to 60 years old male and female. 2. Systemically healthy with no contraindications for periodontal surgery 3. Abscence of clinical signs of active periodontal disease 4. Adequate oral hygiene (full mouth plaque score (fmps) and full mouth bleeding score (fmbs) less than or equal to 15 percent measured at 6 sites per tooth) 5. Presence of stable occlusion (bite) 6. Presence of multiple gingival recessions of cairos rt ii or rt iii on both sides of the maxillary or the mandibular arch with atleast 2 mm in recession depth 7. Patient who are willing to comply with multiple recall schedule.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women at the time of study 2. Active oral infections 3. Systemic disease with compromised healing potential or infectious disease 4. Usage of medication known to effect gingival conditions (hyperplasia) or to interfere with healing (steroids) 5. Non vital teeth, caries, prosthetic crowns or restorations involving the cementoenamel junction area 6. Tobacco smoking 7. Drug or alcohol abuse
