Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients between18 65 years of both sexes belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I and II scheduled for elective surgical procedures in supine position lasting less than 60 minutes under general Anaesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Gastro esophageal reflux disease Asthma Mallampati grade 3 and 4 BMI more than 30 Pregnancy Mouth opening less than 3 cms Anticipated difficult airway Laparoscopic surgeries
