Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing breast conservation surgery mastectomy oncoplastic breast conservation surgery and mastectomy with reconstruction All patients from 18 years to 80 years Upfront and post-chemotherapy Histologically proven IDC or phyllodes Non-metastatic Able to answer the questionnaire in English Marathi and Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to sign consent Previous history of malignancy including breast and other cancers Patient not able to understand or read questionnaire
