Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with PFD (ICD-10 codes N81-N85) Willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or postpartum less than 6 months Neurological disorders affecting pelvic control (e.g., MS, spinal cord injury) Unwilling or unable to participate
