Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primary, secondary and higher secondary school teachers Government, semi-Government and Private school teachers Urban or rural area school teachers

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: A recent history of fracture, trauma, or any other musculoskeletal or neurological condition Recent history of surgery in last 1 year Diagnosed with any postural abnormality Teachers working part-time Pregnant teachers Teachers with any Comorbidity Not willing to Participate
