Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 18 45 years, irrespective of sex, education, religion and socio economical status. 2.Subjects having signs and symptoms of Sthaulya. 3.Patients having Waist circumference greater than 88cm 35 inch for women, greater than 102cm 40 inch for men 4.Patients having Hip circumference greater than 108cm for women, greater than 105cm for men 5.Patients having Waist Hip Ratio greater than 0.80 for women, greater than 0.95 for men 6.Patients whose BMI is between 25-39.99kg/m . 7.Patient with Controlled DM having RBSL - greater than 250mg/dl. 8.Patient with Controlled Hypertension having BP greater than or equal to 140/90mm of Hg. 9.Patient whose lipid profile shows any one or both of the following 1.diagnostic criteria of hyperlipidemia i.e. Total cholesterol greater than 200, 2.Triglyceride greater than 150, LDL greater than 100 10.Patients who are willing to participate in trial with fulfilling the diagnostic criteria and ready to give written consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Subjects having any Malignant Disease. 2.Pregnant females and lactating mothers. 3.Operated any ENT surgery or any related problems like (Epistaxis, Glaucoma) 4.Patient suffering from hernia of the stomach or abdomen. 5.Patient suffering from heart problems. 6.Patient suffering from gastric ulcers. 7.Non-compliance patient for the study.
