Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University cricket players Recreational cricket players Active participation in cricket for at least 2 years Ability to understand and follow study instructions. Cooper 12min run test more than or equal 2000 meters Illinois agility test above 16.5 seconds

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous experience with Cricfit training program Severe injuries or medical conditions (example cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal injuries) Use of performance-enhancing substances or medications Inability to provide informed consent Substance abuse(including alcohol, recreational drugs, or tobacco). Active participation in other high intensity sports. Participating in any other structured fitness programs during cricfit intervention.
