Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Posted for elective supratentorial craniotomy BMI 18-30 Kg/m² ASA grade I-II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Known allergy to bupivacaine used in the study Patient with ASA grade III and above Glasgow Coma Score (GCS) less than 15 Hepatic, renal or cardiorespiratory failure Patients undergoing emergency procedure
