Inclusion criteria: !) patients having classical sign and symptoms of pain followed by anorectal surgeries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Malignancy 2) Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus 3) HIV HBsAg VDRL 4) Patients with infective pathology, Abscess etc 5) Patients who are addicted of opium alcohol cannabis etc
