Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Symptomatic low back pain more than 3 months Severity of low back pain more than equal to 4 on a 0 to 10 Numerical Pain Rating Scale at its worst in the last week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute/chronic radicular signs or symptoms Any known disability (visual, auditory or physical) Serious medical condition for which exercise is contraindicated. Previous trauma/surgery of spine Presence of any neurological deficit. History of psychiatric illness. Contracture or severe structural deformity Pregnancy Known case of systemic inflammatory/infective conditions (tuberculosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Ankylosing spondylitis) Cognitive or communicative impairment.
