Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 to 30 years BMI 18 to 25 Regular participation in futsal activities since atleast 1 year Recreational and Competitive futsal players participating in regional national or professional leagues Willingness to participate in a structured 6 week intervention program focusing on accentual eccentric loading CMJ DROP JUMP TRAINING AND LADDER DRILLS

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presently having pain due to Trauma associated to lower limb Laxity of articular ligaments or meniscus injury around knee Recent history of dislocation of patella or Recent fracture Chondromalacia patella Existing Progressive Neurological Conditions Plantar Fasciitis
