Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Given consent for procedure, ASA Grade I, II & III, Undergoing regional anaesthesia for proximal femur fractures, Fasting more than 8 hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusals, Age less than 60 or more than 80 years, ASA Grade IV, V, Previous femoral bypass surgery, Allergy to LA, Infection at the block site, Patients with coagulopathy, peripheral neuropathy, or neurological conditions
