Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I and ASA II patients , recently detected and controlled diabetes mellitus and hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: All ASA 3 and 4 Patients with known drug allergy, preexisting cardiovascular, respiratory ,neurological and renal disorders Uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension Patients with BMI more than 30kg/m2
