Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age between 50 to 70 diagnosed with KL grading 2 and 3 amubulatory without assistive devices patient with VAS more than 5

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: history of knee surgery or joint replacement neurological condition affecting gait recent lower limb injury other deformities of foot
