Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Patient taking tobacco based Gutkha for more than 2 months and developed Swarabheda. b. Patient willing for the research trial. c. Patients between the age group of 18 years to 60 years are included in the research without any bar of caste, sex, religion, and occupation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Patient whose age is less than 18 years and more than 60 years. b. Patients are not willing to trial and support. c. Patient complains of Swarabheda caused due to other than tobacco based Gutkha. d. Patients having severe diseases like AIDS, Cancer, Diabetes, Tuberculosis, Severe Heart disease, Renal failure, and Anxiety disorder. d. Patient having poor voice quality with any obvious anatomical difficulties, neurological or other organic difficulties affecting the larynx or voice box.
