Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Working in antenatal,labour room,postnatal wards & NICU at the time of data collection. willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Nurses who were on extended leave. Nurses who are planning to resign within six months.
