Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Patients between age group of 20 to 50 years. b)Patients of either gender. c)Patients with classical features of patchy hair loss occurring anywhere in the scalp.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with other form of Alopecia Areata like Alopecia Totalis and Alopecia Universalis. Associated with complications like Dushta vrana etc. Patients with bleeding disorder, anaemia, who takes anticoagulant medication, HIV positive, HBsAg positive patients. Alopecia due to other scalp diseases like Tinea capitis, Trichotilliomania, Tilleffiuvium, traumatic alopecia and burns.
