Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes mellitus for more than five years,Diabetic patients with features of cardiac autonomic dysfunction such as unexplained tachycardia, orthostatic hypotension, and poor exercise tolerance ,or with other symptoms of autonomic dysfunction, MNSI Score more than 2, SDNN Value less than 50, RMSSD Value less than 25, and LF-HF ratio more than 1, ,HbA1C equal or more than 9%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Vascular complications (venous or arterial ulcers) Patients with Hypersensitive skin, skin allergies or skin infections History or evidence of cardiovascular disease (history of angina, shortness of breath, uncontrolled hypertension). History or evidence of neurological disorder (i.e. hemiparesis, myelopathy, cerebellar ataxia etc) Significant musculoskeletal deformity (amputation, scoliosis, severe osteoarthritis). Lower extremity arthritis that limits standing or weight bearing position. Patients with cancer Patients taking insulin injections
