Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who shows sign and symptoms of Prastari Arma(Progressive Pterygium) Prastari arma, (Progressive Pterygium) both from inner and outer canthus Prastari arma, (Progressive Pterygium). limited to scleral part (up to Limbus grade -1) preferably non surgical Patient irrespective of Gender, educational status, socio economical status, marital status, caste Religion Race

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any acute infective ocular disease Recently operated eye( before 2 month) Pterygium encroaching upon cornea Patient having major complicated systemic and eye disease
