Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with Morning stiffness lasting for more than 1 hour, arthritis involving 3 or more minor joints,Symmetrical joint involvement,Pain and Swelling especially in interphalangeal joints. Patients who comes under the 2010 American College of Rheumatology and the European League Against Rheumatism (ACR/EULAR) diagnostic criteria for RA, patients with low and moderate disease activity according to DAS28 score
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy and lactating mother, History of trauma, Any other arthritis, Any other overlapping autoimmune diseases ,Any other serious systemic illness like Cancer, Cardiac disease, patients with uncontrol diabetes Mellitus, Patients who are not willing, Patients with Systemic complications of Rheumatoid arthritis, patients who fall under category of disease remission, high disease activity.
