Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with good oral hygiene Site specific criteria with Probing pocket depth of greater than 5mm and intrabony defect greater than 3mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic smokers Patients with hypertension diabetes and other systemic disorders Patients who are unwilling to participate in the study Pregnant and lactating mothers
