Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Newly diagnosed patients meeting DSM-5 criteria for PMS, a less severe form of PMDD 2. Women aged 18-45 years. 3. Patients providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: . Patients with gynaecological disorders, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, or other systemic diseases. 2. Patients suffering from acute or chronic psychiatric illnesses, organic brain diseases, or those undergoing hormonal or psychiatric treatment.
