Inclusion criteria: Clasical sign and Symptoms of Acne vulgaris

Exclusion criteria: Patient under any dermatological treatment

fficacy in Acne Reduction: The primary outcome would likely measure the effectiveness of both treatments in reducing acne lesions. This could include counting the number of inflammatory and non-inflammatory lesions before and after treatment. Comparative Effectiveness: The trial would aim to determine whether one treatment (STP or Clindamycin gel) is more effective than the other in reducing acne severity and improving overall skin condition. Safety and Tolerability: Another critical outcome would assess the safety profile and tolerability of each treatment.
