Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients who are all taken for the study in adult intensive care unit (AFTER 48HOURS OF ADMISSION)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age ground of 20 years patients admitted in adult intensive care unit with in 48 hours
