Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having classical symptoms of Mukhadushika i.e pidika having shalmalikantakakar, kandu, saruja, medogarbha, vranvastu participates having Global Acne Grading Systems (GAGS) between 19-30 patient having mukhadushika within one year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Age below 18 and above 35 years -pregnant and lactating women -duration of mukhadushika more than year -known patient with PCOD -known patient on medication for chronic illness like HTN, DM, Liver disease, Kidney disease -known patient they are allergic to mukhalepa -known drug induced acne -known patient with inflammatory cyst and nodule over face

MeasureTime frame
Vishaghna mahakashaya ghanavati along with Mukhadushikahara lepa is effective in the management of symptoms of Mukhadushika (Acne Vulgaris) like pidika, kandu, medogarbha, saruja, vranvastuTimepoint: 4 weeks

MeasureTime frame
- changes in number of comedons, papule, pustule counted through GAGS - changes in symptoms like itching, pain, burning sensationTimepoint: 4 weeks
