Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post-operative patients of Parikartika (Fissure-in-ano) with complain of pain between the age group of 20-60 years who underwent Fissurectomy with or without Dorsal Sphincterotomy will be enrolled for the study irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 20 year more than 60 year Pregnant and Lactating women Patients of lateral Sphincterotomy patient who underwent operation for fissure in ano associated with haemorrhoids ,fistila in ano ,IBS or diagnosed with Crohns disease ,immune compromised state Patient who are suffering from systemic disease like uncontrolled diabetes mellitus RBS greater than 150 mg/dl,uncontrolled hypertension diastolic BP greater than 90 mmhg and systolic BP greater than 140 mmhg ,secondary fissure with tuberculosis ,cardiac disease ,rheumatod arthritis or positive for hiv ,hepatitis -B,HCV or VDRL
