Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects with classical signs and symptoms of Janu Sandhigata Vata will be included in the trial, Subjects, who are with grade 1st and 2nd osteoarthritis also ready to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Who are not ready to give written consent . Who are with chronic and degenerative with grade 3rd and 4th osteoarthritis . Patients with secondary osteoarthritis , Rheumatoid arthritis, Gout, psoriasis, and history of trauma, severe systemic illness like Diabetes mellitus, liver disorders, tuberculosis, renal disease, cardiac disease, pt. suffering from stenosis of spinal canal and myelopathy will be excluded, also Pregnant and Lactating woman.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Reduction in pain and improvement in joint mobility and function measured via standard clinical scales.Timepoint: 30 Days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
It is expected that at the end of study we will be able to evaluate the effect of Marma chikitsa and Ultrasound therapy in Janu Sandhigata Vata.Timepoint: 30 Days
