Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients willing to participate in the clinical trial 2. Patients between the age group 18 - 60 years of age, irrespective of sex, religion, economic status. 3. The patients having clinical signs and symptoms of Sthaulya w.s.r. to obesity 4. Primary obesity. 5. BMI equal and more then 25 kg/m2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant women 2. Patients having associated illness like uncontrolled Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, HIV, Malignancy, etc. 3. Patients below the age of 18 years and above 60 years of age. 4. Patient participated in any clinical trial within last 6 months 5. Drug-induced obesity / Obesity due to any secondary causes except hypothyroidism. 6. Patient contraindicated for Basti karma. 7. Patient having BMI less then 25 kg/m2 will be excluded from the study.
