Inclusion criteria: Pt. with classical signs and symptoms of apabahuka pt. with age group of 20 to 70 yrs of either gender Pt. fit for marsha nasya karma pt. with controlled diabetic and hypertension

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pt. of shoulder joint dislocation or fracture and/or trauma pt. with systemic disorder which interfere with the course of treatment Pregnanat and lactating women pt. with uncontrolled diabetic and uncontroled hypertension
