Inclusion criteria: Healthy Volunteers students in BAMS College

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers having any psychological or other pathological disorders (which may cause stress and anxiety) will be excluded from the study

Test anxiety level will be assessed using Westside Test Anxiety Scale (WTAS).Timepoint: 3 years

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To review the literature of DehaPrakriti especially traits which might affect anxiety. To review the concept of anxiety in detail, especially Test anxiety and its impact on performance of the students.Timepoint: 3 years
