Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: between the age of 18-35 years male and female with calf tightness players who are regularly engaged in basketball at least since 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: present musculoskeletal injuries of lower limb cardiovascular and neurological conditions male and female players above age 35 years any acute operative history or fracture
