Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients suffering from Primary Dysmenorrhea for more than 2 regular menstrual cycles. Women without any pelvic pathology diagnosed with Primary Dysmenorrhea will be selected randomly. Married and unmarried women will be incorporated for the study. Patients fit for matrabasti.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient is not willing to participate in study. Women with Irregular menstrual cycles. Secondary dysmenorrhea, Women diagnosed with congenital anomalies of reproductive tract. IUCD Other Systemic or metabolic disorders which can be contraindicated for matrabasti.

Assessment of shatpushpa taila matrabasti along with aharakalpana in the management of Kashtartva Reduction in menstrual pain Assessment through subjective feedback on relief from symptoms with the help of shatpushpa taila matrabasti and aharakalpana.Timepoint: Total 3 months -1st 3 days of 3 menstrual cycle. 2 months for treatment &1month final follow up.
