Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age 45 to 55 female scores ranging from 8 to 24 in insomnia severity scale scores ranging equal or greater then 20 in hamiltons depreesion scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: operative procedures over cranium cardiac arrhythmias or pacemaker implanted Any other Neurological, musculoskeletal or gynecological Condition which can lead to sleep disturbance
