Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: PCOS diagnosed based on Rotterdam criteria age group 18-35 years fasting plasma glucose more then 110mgperdl fasting serum insulin more then 10 micro international unit per liter second hour OGTT more then 140mgperdl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more then 35 significant cardiovascular or pulmonary or hepatic renal dysfunction immune compromised state pregnant and lactating women
