Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group-18 to 50 year old. 2.Patients having Hb (8mg/dl-11mg/dl) 3.Diagnosed patient of Anemia (Pandu) irrespective of gender, socio-economical condition and religion. 4.Individuals willing for regular follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients having history of Sickle Cell Anemia, Leukemia & Hemophilia. 2.Having any Chronic Systemic Diseases. 3.Anemia due to blood loss 4.Autoimmune diseases e.g. SLE 5.Pregnant and lactating women. 6.Non cooperative patient

1.To Study the Effect of Shigrupahala Churna with Saindhav on Hemoglobin with Sr. Iron and signs & symptoms of Pandu. 2.To Study the Effect of Amalaki Churna on Hemoglobin with Sr. Iron and signs & symptoms of Pandu. 3.To Compare the Effect of Shigrupahala Churna with Saindhav & Amalaki Churna on Hemoglobin & Sr. Iron and signs & symptoms of Pandu.Timepoint: 1 year
