Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients having sign and symptoms of Kaphaj Pratishyaya - Nasastrav (ghana ,Shweta ,picchila strav) Aruchi Kaphotklesha Headache Nasa kandu Post nasal drip Nasal blockage Nasal discharge Headache Swollen turbinate . 2.Patients of age of 18 to 50 year were selected irrespective of the sex, occupation, religion, and socio economic status. 3.Patients willing To Participate in study and ready to give written consent. 4.Patient fit for nasya karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. All patients are excluded which does not fulfil the inclusion criteria. 2. Patient with any serious disease like cancer, tuberculosis. 3. Patient not willing for treatment. 4. Chronicity of disease of more than 2 year. 5. Patient with prolonged bleeding and clotting time .with bleeding disorder 6.If any serious condition adverse effect occur . 7. Pregnanat women 8. Lactating women
