Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: . Patients of all genders ii. Age above 17 years iii. Diagnosed cases as per ICD 10 code L40.0 iv. Patients who are willing to take homoeopathic treatment v. Patient willing to stop external application and steroids at least for 4 weeks of duration before starting homoeopathic treatment vi. Symptoms are persistent even after stopping external application and steroids. vii. Location, sensations, modalities, and concomitants will be assessed carefully of previous 1 year for the presence of any remissions or seasonal modalities.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: . Pregnant and lactating patients ii. Patient suffering from any other skin condition like Tinea, Eczema along with psoriasis iii. Patient developing complications of psoriasis like pustular psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis, acute fulminant psoriasis, etc. iv. Uncontrolled DM
