Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age more than 40years patients with diagnosis of COPD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute infections on chronic oxygen therapy on steroid therapy

metabolic syndrome more prevalent in obese patients than healthy individuals, hence results will be used to correlate association of COPD and metabolic syndrome henceforth to have lifestyle modificationsTimepoint: At 6 months and 12 months interval metabolic syndrome prevalence in obese patients and healthy individuals, hence results will be used to correlate association of COPD and metabolic syndrome henceforth to have lifestyle modifications
