Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 25 to 40 years will be included . Only Men will be included. Workers experience above 2 years. Lifting duration of workers more than 2 hours daily. Workers lifting load capacity more than 10kg will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent fractures in both upper limb, lower limb and spine Workers with chronic medical condition. Workers with recent pain. Inadequate experience.
