Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents in eighth to tenth grades, aged between 14 and 16 years, studying in the selected schools under the catchment area of Ayushman Aarogya Mandir, Wazirpur and Bhupani Faridabad. Generally healthy and able to participate in school sports and physical activities. Students and their parents who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Abnormal physical development, such as dwarfism or gigantism. History of heart disease, hypertension, diabetes, tuberculosis, asthma, hepatitis, or kidney disease. Inability to participate in school sports.
