Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age above 50 years with diagnosis of minor cognitive impairment and mild dementia 2. MRI studies without gross structural abnormalities

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous psychiatric diseases 2. Patients not providing consent for participation in study 3. Advanced cases of dementia who will not be able to take part in cognitive assessment 4. Rapidly progressive dementia, dementia due to vit B12 deficiency hypothyroid and underlying neuro infections 5. Chronic renal disease Uncontrolled hypertension and diabetes chronic heart failure and underlying malignancy
