Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with signs and symptoms of Gulpha Sandhija Abhighataja shotha(Ankle Sprain) like Ruja(Pain) Shoth(Swelling) Snayustabdhta (Tenderness) Alpakaryakshamatva (Difficulty of function) or among of them minimum two of these sign and symptoms if present will be included Patients without fracture and subluxation of Ankle joint Patients of first and second grade of sprain (1st grade-The Ankle ligament has been overstretched but not torn 2nd grade Partial tear in Ankle ligament)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Third grade of Sprain (Complete tear of the ankle ligament) High Ankle Sprain (damage of high ankle ligaments) With fracture and dislocation of Ankle joint With Pathological Fracture and open wound of Ankle joint With the localized defects of Ankle joint Patients taking anti inflammatory drugs or any other treatment for sprain
