Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females who have not experienced menstrual cycle for consecutive 12 months. Score of VAS scale : 1 to 8 Score of Oswestry Disability Index : 5 to 24 History of low back pain for more than 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with severe low back pain due to anatomical / systemic pathology or due to accident Subjects with recent surgery or recommended surgical intervention Subjects with known case of major systemic illness Subjects with surgical menopause (bilateral oophorectomy with or without hysteroctomy)

MeasureTime frame
A single arm clinical study to evaluate the effect of Yog module in Katishool of menopausal females. The parameters of efficacy will be evaluated by observing the patient through subjective and objective criteria at regular intervals 0th, 15th, 30th days follow up. The relief of Katishool will be analysed with the help of VAS scale and Oswestry Disability Outcome will be evaluated on 0th, 15th 30th day of session.Timepoint: A single arm clinical study to evaluate the effect of Yog module in Katishool of menopausal females.
